  1. The itinerary is subject to changes, which will be communicated promptly.
  2. Accessories must be removed from the bicycle before transportation.
  3. If the event is canceled or the date changes, the service will be automatically rescheduled.
  4. There are no refunds or returns; however, the service can be transferred to a third party up to 7 days before the event.
  5. Epic Rides Chile Spa reserves the right to cancel the service up to 7 days before due to scheduling issues or other force majeure events.
  6. Each participant is responsible for insuring their bicycle if deemed appropriate.
  7. By booking the service, the participant acknowledges and accepts the associated risks, releasing Epic Rides Chile Spa from all liability in the event of theft, accidental damage, accidents, or force majeure.
