- The itinerary is subject to changes, which will be communicated promptly.
- Accessories must be removed from the bicycle before transportation.
- If the event is canceled or the date changes, the service will be automatically rescheduled.
- There are no refunds or returns; however, the service can be transferred to a third party up to 7 days before the event.
- Epic Rides Chile Spa reserves the right to cancel the service up to 7 days before due to scheduling issues or other force majeure events.
- Each participant is responsible for insuring their bicycle if deemed appropriate.
- By booking the service, the participant acknowledges and accepts the associated risks, releasing Epic Rides Chile Spa from all liability in the event of theft, accidental damage, accidents, or force majeure.
