Ironman 70.3 Valdivia - Epic Rides Chile

1. RECEPTION IN SANTIAGO
From Wednesday, November 26 until Thursday, November 27 at 3:00 PM at Giant Store, Lo Barnechea.
2. DROP-OFF AT DESTINATION
We will deliver your bicycle on Friday, November 28 between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM in Parque Saval.
3. RECEPTION AT DESTINATION
We will receive your bicycle on Sunday, November 30 POST RACE at the finish line area.
4. DROP-OFF IN SANTIAGO
On Tuesday, December 2 between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM at Giant Store, Lo Barnechea.

The itinerary is subject to changes, which will be communicated promptly.
Accessories must be removed from the bicycle before transportation.
If the event is canceled or the date changes, the service will be automatically rescheduled.
There are no refunds or returns; however, the service can be transferred to a third party up to 7 days before the event.
Epic Rides Chile Spa reserves the right to cancel the service up to 7 days before due to scheduling issues or other force majeure events.
Each participant is responsible for insuring their bicycle if deemed appropriate.
By booking the service, the participant acknowledges and accepts the associated risks, releasing Epic Rides Chile Spa from all liability in the event of theft, accidental damage, accidents, or force majeure.
